PAYMENT PLAN  10,000 US on reservation 30% of the property price on moment of signature of the contract and the rest on handover.

GUARANTEED RENTAL OPTIONS

Residential Owners Club; This modality allow the client to use the apartment or villa permantently enjoying all the Resorts services.

Holiday Owners Club; This choice allows the client to have flexibility use of the property, handing over part or everything. In this case will have both membership and high incomes from handing over the property management.

The client is allowed to change the model of choice up to 3 months prior to key hand over.
